Senior Minister Sun ASEAN Ministerial discussions with the European Community and 14 in Chiang Mai, Thailand

On the afternoon of March 03, the Senior Minister of Trade and Economic Ministers of ASEAN for Cambodia invited consultations with ASEAN Economic Ministers and the European Trade Commissioner, 14 in Chiang Mai, Thailand. According to the press release of the Ministry of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wrote in a network of our own society, the meeting ASEAN trade and the European Union in the city of Chiang Mai, Thailand, led by Madam Sokhema times of battalions, Minister of Industry, Mines and Energy and Commerce Laos and Madame Cecilia Malmström Trade Commissioner European Communities.During the discussion, Minister of Commerce and the European Union trade commissioner also addressed a number of issues related to implementation of trade and investment issues, ASEAN-European Union between 2015 to 2016. Senior ASEAN and European Trade Commissioner observed that the ASEAN trade relations and European sides get results from the tremendous commercial collaboration. The ministry added that the EU's trading partners and direct investment flows ASEAN's 2nd largest. In 2015, trade volume between ASEAN and the European Union amounting to 201 billion euros, up 11 percent compared to the previous year, according to statistics of the European Community. In 2014, the flow of direct investment from the EU rose 31.5 percent, totaling 29.3 billion US dollars, accounting for 21.5 percent of total FDI flows to ASEAN.

Ministry of the above, it was suggested that in order to strengthen relations and cooperation, trade expansion, development of ASEAN and the European Union to better that fit community both committed to continuing to consult further on the developments in the world who have the potential and boost trade agreement ASEAN and Europe to more and more intimate.

នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី០៣មិនា នេះ ឯកឧត្តម ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជារដ្ឋមន្ត្រីសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ានសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់ជាមួយរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ាននិងអគ្គស្នងការពាណិជ្ជកម្មអ៊ឺរ៉ុប លើកទី១៤នៅទីក្រុងឈៀងម៉ៃ ប្រទេសថៃ ។ បើតាមសេចក្តីប្រកាសរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសរសេរនៅបណ្តាញសង្គមរបស់ខ្លួនឲ្យដឹងថាកិច្ចប្រជុំពាណិជ្ជកម្មអាស៊ាននិងសហគមន៍អ៊ឺរ៉ុបនៅទីក្រុងឈៀងម៉ៃ ប្រទេសថៃនោះ  ដឹកនាំដោយលោកជំទាវ ខេមានី ពលសេនា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្មរ៉ែនិងថាមពល និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មឡាវ  និងលោកជំទាវ Cecilia Malmström ស្នងការពាណិជ្ជកម្មសហគមន៍អ៊ឺរ៉ុប ។

នៅក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានោះ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជានិងស្នងការពាណិជ្ជកម្មសហគមន៍អ៊ឺរ៉ុប ក៍បានលើកយកបញ្ហាមួយចំនួនដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធី ការងារពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងបញ្ហាវិនិយោគអាស៊ាន -សហគមន៍អ៊ឺរ៉ុបនៅរវាងឆ្នាំ២០១៥ ដល់ឆ្នាំ២០១៦ផដែរ ។  នៅក្នុងនោះឧត្តមមន្ត្រីអាស៊ាននិងស្នងការពាណិជ្ជកម្មអ៊ឺរ៉ុបសង្កេតឃើញថា ក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនងដៃគូពាណិជ្ជកម្មអាស៊ាននិងអ៊ឺរ៉ុបនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរទទួលបានលទ្ធផលពីការសហការពាណិជ្ជកម្មនេះយ៉ាងធំធេង ។ ក្រសួងដដែលបានបន្ថែមទៀតថា«សហគមន៍អឺរ៉ុប ជាដៃគូពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងលំហូរវិនិយោគផ្ទាល់ធំលំដាប់ទី ២ របស់អាស៊ាន។ នៅឆ្នាំ ២០១៥ ទំហំពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងអាស៊ាន និងសហគមន៍អឺរ៉ុប មានទឹកប្រាក់សរុប ២០១ ពាន់លានយូរ៉ូ កើនឡើង ១១ ភាគរយ ប្រៀបធៀបឆ្នាំមុន ដោយផ្អែកតាមស្ថិតិរបស់សហគមន៍អឺរ៉ុប។ នៅឆ្នាំ ២០១៤ លំហូរវិនិយោគផ្ទាល់ពីសហគមន៍អឺរ៉ុប បានកើនឡើង ៣១,៥ ភាគរយ ដែលមានទឹកប្រាក់សរុប ២៩,៣ ពាន់លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក ស្មើនឹង ២១,៥ ភាគរយ នៃលំហូរវិនិយោគផ្ទាល់សរុបទៅកាន់អាស៊ាន»។

ក្រសួងខាងដដែលនេះ បានបញ្ជាក់ទៀតថាដើម្បីពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងនិងកិច្ចសហការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ពង្រីកការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ាននិង សហគមន៍អ៊ឺរ៉ុបឲ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរនោះ សមហគមន៍ទាំងពីរប្តេជ្ញាបន្តពិគ្រោះយោបល់គ្នាបន្ថែមទៀតលើការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ថ្មីៗលើសកលលោកដែលមានសក្កដានុពល ហើយនិងជំរុញកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មអាស៊ាននិងអ៊ឺរ៉ុបនេះ ឲ្យកាន់ជិតស្និទ្ធបន្ថែមទៀត។
