Government is increasing the budget to improve the quality of education and increase the salary for teachers lowest 80 thousand  Riel to  1 million Riel.

 On the morning of March 09, 2016. The Prime Minister invited presided over the graduation ceremony several teachers at the National Institute of Education.

ប៉ុន្តែការតវ៉ានោះត្រូវបានបរាជ័យហើយត្រូវថៅកែរោងចក្រចាប់បង្ចំធ្វើទារុណកម្មទ្វេដង ហើយស្ត្រីខ្លះទៀត ត្រូវបានបណ្តេញការងារទៀតផង។ ទោះយ៉ាងណាចលនាតស៊ូរបស់ស្ត្រីទាំងនោះមិនបានរាថយ និងធ្វើឲ្យស្ត្រីទាំងនោះមានការភ័យខ្លាចដោយសារការចាប់ចង់ព្រមទាំងបណ្តេញពីរោងចក្រទេ ពួកគេនៅតែមានគំនិតទាមទារស្វែងរកសេរីភាពនិងជីវភាពសមរម្យជានិច្ច ។

៥១ឆ្នាំបន្ទាប់មកចលនាស្ត្រីជំនាន់ក្រោយរបស់ពួកគេបានងើបឡើងតវ៉ប្រឆាំងនិងអំពើព្រៃផ្សៃរំលោភសិទ្ធិស្ត្រី កេងប្រវ័ញ្ចកម្លាំងពលកម្មកុមារជាបន្តទៀត ហើយចលនានេះចេះតែរីកដុះដាល់ និងល្បីបល្បាយញតៗគ្នា ពីប្រទេសមួយទៅប្រទេស រហូតដល់ប្រទេសអាល្លឺម៉ង់ បូឡូញ និងប្រទេសរុង្ស៊ី ។

ដោយសារការកៀបសង្កត់និងភាពឈឺចាប់ធ្វើឲ្យស្ត្រីបីនាក់លេចមុខជាងគេក្នុងការប្រឆាំងតវ៉ានឹងអំពើរំលោភច្បាប់យ៉ាងអមនុស្សធម៌នេះ នោះគឺអ្នកស្រី ក្លារ៉ា ស្គីន នៅប្រទេសអាឡឺម៉ង និង អ្នកស្រី រ៉ូ​ស្កា​លុម​ស្ព័​រ​បួរ ជនជាតិ​ប៉ូឡូញនិង គ្រូ​ប​ស្កា​យ៉ាដែលជាភរិយារបស់លោកលេនិន ។ ស្ត្រីទាំងបីនាក់ខាងនេះ បានរួមគ្នាបំផុសគំនិត ផ្សព្វផ្សាយចលនាតស៊ូដើម្បីសិទ្ធិស្ត្រីនិងទាមទារលក្ខណ្ឌការងារចេះតែរីករាលដាល់ពីប្រទេសមួយទៅប្រទេសមួយទៀត។ ស្ត្រីទាំង៣នាក់បង្កើតបានជាគណៈលេខាអន្តរជាតិដើម្បីដឹកនាំចលានាស្ត្រី១ ។

ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ស្ត្រីបីរូបនោះ គណៈលេខាអន្រជាតិដើម្បីដឹកនាំចលនាស្ត្រីនេះកបានបន្តដំណើរការតវ៉ារបស់ខ្លួនជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ហើយត្រូវបានគេទទួលស្គាល់ពីសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពស្ត្រី នៅក្នុង ថ្ងៃទី០៨មិនា ១៩១០ និងធ្វើសន្និសិទជាអន្តរជាតិនៅប្រទេសដាណឺម៉ាក នាទីក្រុង បែន ហាក ក្នុងនោះប្រទេសដែលមាន ខឿនឧស្សាហកម្មរីកចំរើនចំនួន១៧ចូលរួម និងសម្រេចយកថ្ងៃទី០៨មិនានេះជាថ្ងៃប្រារព្ភទិវាសិទ្ធិនារីអន្តរជាតិ ដើម្បីរំលឹកដឹងគុណដល់វីរភាពរបស់ស្ត្រី ដែលបានខិតខំតវ៉ានិងស្វែងរកសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពជូននារីលើពិភពលោករួមទាំងកុមារផងដែរ ហើយពួកគេបានបង្កើតជាពាក្យស្លោកផ្សេងៗផងដែរ ដូចជា ធ្វើការស្មើគ្នា បៀវត្សស្នើគ្នា ការពារសុខភាពមាតា រក្សាកុមារនិងទារកជាដើម។

ទោះជាបីជាពិភពលោកបានទទួលស្គាល់ច្បាប់ស្តីពីស្ត្រីជាអន្តរជាតិ និងលើកំពស់នូវសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពចំពោះស្រ្តីក្តី ក៍នៅមានប្រទេសមួយចំនួនដែលមានខឿនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចទាប មិនទាន់មានការអភិវឌ្ឍ ហើយប្រជាជនភាគច្រើនស្ថិនៅក្រោមបន្ទាត់ក្រីក្រៅនៅឡើយ នៅតែមិនឲ្យតម្លៃស្ត្រី នៅតែរំលោភបំពានសិទ្ធិនារីដដែល តួយ៉ាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ស្តី្រភាគច្រើនក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាភាគច្រើនជាស្ត្រីរោងចក្រកាត់ដេរ ហើយពួកគេតែងតែត្រូវបានថៅកែរោងចក្ររំលោភបំពាន់បំបិទសិទ្ធិសេរីភាព តាមរូបភាពផ្សេងៗដូចជា ធ្វើការលើសម៉ោង ប្រាក់ខែទាបមិនសមរម្យជាដើម។

ហើយជារឿយរាល់ការងើបឡើងតវ៉ាទាមទារស្វែងរកសេរីភាពនិងឲ្យថៅកៃទាំងនោះគោរពសិទ្ធិកម្មករ តែងត្រូវបានរាំងខ្ទប់និងបង្ក្រាបដោយកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបា។ លើសពីនេះពួកគេត្រូវបានគំរាមកំហែងចោទប្រកាន់ចាប់ខ្លួនបញ្ជូនទៅកាន់តុលាការនិងចាប់ដាក់គុកដោយគ្មានដីការក៍មាន ឯស្រ្តីផ្សេងទៀតត្រូវបានបណ្តេញចេញពីការងារផងដែរ ។
