Cambodia increase 1.3 billion dollar After  ASEAN singed Agreement with Hong Kong

On Wednesday 10 march 2016  Mr. Weng Sothy under secretary of Ministry Commerce in Cambodia said investment  Cambodia increase  till 1.3 billion in Palace Resort Hotel at Angkor Sean Riep . He added after Asean singed agreement with Hong Kong 

This Meeting led by Rorn Narong Pumpipart general department of commerce of  Kingdom of Thailand, Mrs. Vi Ki Su  general department of commerce and mine of Hong Kong and Mr. Weng Sothy Under secretary of commerce of Cambodia. 

State in those meeting Mr.Weng Sothy advice to government of Cambodia should change political strategies in the future through cheap labor  to expert labor.

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១០ មិនានេះ លោក វ៉េង សុធី អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជាកម្ពុជា បានថ្លែងថាសមាគមអាស៊ានមាភាពរីកចម្រើនកាន់តែប្រសើរ និង មានការអភិវឌ្ឍកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនក្រោយចុះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងជាមួយបណ្តាប្រទេសផ្សេងៗទៀត ។  លោកវ៉េង សុធី តំណាងឲ្យ ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល បានថ្លែងបែបនៅនេះក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការចរចារពាណិជ្ជកម្មអាស៊ាន នាទីក្រុងសៀមរាប នៅសណ្ឋាគារអប្សរាផាឡេសរីសត ។

កិច្ចប្រជុំកម្មាធិការចរចារពាណិជ្ជាស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងអាស៊ាននេះ ដឹកនាំដោយលោក រ៉នណារ៉ុង ភូមពីផាតអគ្គនាយករងនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មថៃ លោកស្រីវីគឺ សូ អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន ពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងឧស្សាហកម្មនៃទីក្រុងហុងកុង និងភាគីព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាដឹកនាំដោយ លោក វ៉េង សុធី អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ។ថ្លៃងនៅក្នុងពិធីនោះ លោក វ៉េង សុធីបញ្ជាក់ថា ចាប់តាំងពីអាស៊ានបានសហការជាមួយបណ្តាសហគមន៍ផ្សេងៗមក អាស៊ានមានភាពរីចម្រើន និងធ្វើឲ្យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង ក្នុងវិស័យ អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ផ្សៗ   លោកបានបន្ថែមថា«ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងកម្ពុជា និងហុងកុងនៅតែមានភាពរឹងមាំ ដោយយោងតាមទិន្នន័យរបស់ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងកម្ពុជា និងហុងកុងនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៥ មានតម្លៃប្រមាណ ១,៣ ពាន់លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក ដែលមានកំណើនក្នុងអត្រា ២៣% ធៀបនឹងឆ្នាំកន្លងទៅ ដែលមានតម្លៃត្រឹមតែ ១ ពាន់លានដុល្លារអាមេរិកប៉ុណ្ណោះ»។​

ទុនវិនិយោគនិងការអភិវឌ្ឍបានកើនឡើងយ៉ាងសន្ធឹកសន្ធាប់នេះ លោក វ៉េង សុធីបានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ម្យ៉ាងដោយសារតែហុង កុងជាសមាជិកនៃធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍអាស៊ីផង ដូច្នេះហុង កុងអាចចូលរួមក្នុងគំរោងភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធដើម្បីភ្ជាប់ទៅកាន់តំបន់នានាដើម្បីសម្រួលដល់ការទំនាក់ទំនងនៃពាណិជ្ជកម្មពីប្រទេសមួយ ទៅប្រទេសមួយ ក្នុងតំបន់  ហើយហុងកុងក៍ជាច្រកសំខាន់មួយផងដែរ ក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ។

ទន្ទឹមនឹងការរីកចម្រើននូវទុនវិនិយោគកើនឡើងគួរឲ្យកត់សំគាល់កាលពីឆ្នាំ២០១៥កន្លងទៅនេះដែរ លោក អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ពុជា វ៉េង សុធី បានលើកឡើងថា កម្ពុជាត្រូវផ្តាស់ប្តូរគោលនយោបាយរបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិតាមរយៈកម្លាំងពលកម្មថោក ហើយអភិវឌ្ឍខ្លួនដោយកម្លាំងពលកម្មជំនាញវិញ  លោកបន្តថា«បំលាស់ប្តូរនេះនឹងជួយដល់ការលុបបំបាត់ភាពតានតឹង និងវិសមភាពក្នុងសង្គម។ ម្យ៉ាងទៀត ដោយហុងកុងជាទីក្រុង ដែលមានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មួយ នៅក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ី ជាពិសេសខាងផ្នែកអប់រំ និងចំណេះដឹង ដូច្នេះ ហុងកុងអាចនឹងដើរតួយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការជួយដល់ប្រទេសជាសមាជិកអាស៊ានក្នុងដំណើរការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនេះ»។

ទាក់ទង់ទៅនឹងទីផ្សារពលកម្មមានតម្លៃថោក និងពលករគ្មានជំនាញនេះដែរ ប្រទេសជិតខាងក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ានតែងតែអូសទាញនិងស្រូបយកកម្មពលកម្មពីកម្ពុជាតាមរូបភាពផ្សេងៗ ទាំងនេះដោយសារកត្តាកម្ពុជាគ្មានការងារធ្វើ ប្រាក់ថ្លៃពលកម្មថោក និងប្រាក់ខែទាំងនោះមិនមានតុល្យភាពនឹងតម្លៃទីផ្សារ ហើយកម្មករខ្លះក៍មានជីវិភាពធូរធារ ពេលដែលបានចំណាកស្រុកទៅធ្វើការនៅក្នុងប្រទេសផ្សេងក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាននេះ ហើយក្រៅពីនេះ ក៍មានកម្មករដ៍ទៃផ្សេងទៀតដែរ ដែលត្រូវបានថៅកែធ្វើបាប ធ្វទារុណកម្ម និងរំលោភសិទ្ធិ ។ នៅក្នុងករណីនេះគេឃើញហាក់បីដូចជា  រដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ានព្រងើយកន្តើយ កម្រចុះអន្តរាគមន៍ ទោះបីភាគីនៃប្រទេសអាស៊ាននេះបានចុះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងលើករណីផ្សេងៗទាំងទ្វេភាគីនិងក្នុងនាមអាស៊ានដូចគ្នា ក្តី។

ដោយសារការកៀបសង្កត់និងភាពឈឺចាប់ធ្វើឲ្យស្ត្រីបីនាក់លេចមុខជាងគេក្នុងការប្រឆាំងតវ៉ានឹងអំពើរំលោភច្បាប់យ៉ាងអមនុស្សធម៌នេះ នោះគឺអ្នកស្រី ក្លារ៉ា ស្គីន នៅប្រទេសអាឡឺម៉ង និង អ្នកស្រី រ៉ូ​ស្កា​លុម​ស្ព័​រ​បួរ ជនជាតិ​ប៉ូឡូញនិង គ្រូ​ប​ស្កា​យ៉ាដែលជាភរិយារបស់លោកលេនិន ។ ស្ត្រីទាំងបីនាក់ខាងនេះ បានរួមគ្នាបំផុសគំនិត ផ្សព្វផ្សាយចលនាតស៊ូដើម្បីសិទ្ធិស្ត្រីនិងទាមទារលក្ខណ្ឌការងារចេះតែរីករាលដាល់ពីប្រទេសមួយទៅប្រទេសមួយទៀត។ ស្ត្រីទាំង៣នាក់បង្កើតបានជាគណៈលេខាអន្តរជាតិដើម្បីដឹកនាំចលានាស្ត្រី១ ។
